Foreign trade specialist

Job Responsibility

1、Responsible for daily communication with foreign customers, receiving and arranging foreign orders.

2、Responsible for handling emergencies and maintaining relationships with customers;

3、Responsible for checking business bills and providing business information needed by financial personnel;

4、Do business summaries and table accounts;

5、Track the movement of the goods, update the shipping information form, track the payment and the overdue payment

6、Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job qualification

1、Bachelor degree or above,

2、fluent in spoken and written English (level 6 or above)

3、Major in English or international trade is preferred, fresh graduates are acceptable。

岗位职责：

1、负责和国外客户进行日常交流，接收并安排国外订单；

2、负责处理突发情况，维系与客户关系；

3、负责核对业务账单，提供财务人员需要的业务信息；

4、做业务总结和台账；

5、追踪货物动态，更新运输信息表，跟踪付款情况，超期催款；

6、完成领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历

2、英语听说读写流利（六级以上水平）

3、英语或国际贸易相关专业优先,接受应届毕业生;
